Ingredients

• 2 cups pumpkin puree • ½ cup brown sugar • ¼ cup granulated sugar • 2 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice • ½ tsp cinnamon • ¼ tsp nutmeg • ¼ tsp salt • 1 cup all-purpose flour • ½ cup milk

FOR PECAN TOPPING: • ½ cup brown sugar • ¼ cup flour • ¼ cup butter, cold and cubed • ½ cup chopped pecans • 1 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease 8×8 inch baking dish
  3. Whisk together pumpkin puree, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla
  4. Add spices and salt, mix well
  5. Gradually add flour and milk, stirring until smooth
  6. Pour into prepared baking dish
  7. Mix topping ingredients with fork until crumbly
  8. Sprinkle pecan topping evenly over batter
  9. Bake 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly
  10. Cool 10 minutes before serving
  11. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
