Pumpkin Pull-Apart Loaf – The Ultimate Fall Comfort Bake

  • Author: WAFA LI

Ingredients

• 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count) or homemade dough
• 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
• 2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for brushing)
• 1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
• 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for gooeyness!)
• Cream cheese glaze (optional):
• 2 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1–2 tbsp milk or almond milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Toss pieces in the pumpkin mixture to coat.
  4. Layer coated dough pieces into the loaf pan, sprinkling each layer with chopped nuts and mini marshmallows (if using). Drizzle with melted butter as you go.
  5. Bake 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let cool 5 minutes. Optional: Drizzle with cream cheese glaze (mix all glaze ingredients until smooth).
  7. Serve warm—pull apart with your hands for maximum fun!

Perfect for holiday brunch, Thanksgiving sides, or a cozy fall treat!
