• 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 cup pumpkin puree • ½ cup brown sugar • ½ cup granulated sugar • ½ cup butter, softened • 1 egg • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice • ½ tsp baking soda • ¼ tsp salt • 1 cup chocolate chips • 1 cup mini marshmallows • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper
- Cream butter and both sugars until fluffy
- Add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla, mix well
- Combine flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt
- Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients
- Fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crumbs
- Drop rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets
- Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden
- Cool on baking sheets 5 minutes
- Transfer to wire racks to cool completely
