• 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup powdered sugar (or powdered erythritol for low-sugar)

Instructions
- Place crisp rice cereal in a large bowl. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and warm—about 3–4 minutes.
- Pour the warm mixture over the cereal. Gently fold with a spatula until every piece is coated.
- Sift powdered sugar over the top. Mix well until fully coated and clumpy.
- If desired, mix in a tablespoon of Halloween sprinkles for festive flair.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
