Ingredients
• 4 cups spice cake, cubed
• 2 cups pumpkin puree
• 1 cup cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
• ½ cup ginger snaps, crushed
• ¼ cup pecans, chopped
• 3 tbsp caramel sauce
Instructions
Prepare spice cake cubes
Mix pumpkin puree with cream cheese
Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and spices
Fold in 1 cup whipped cream
Layer cake cubes in glass bowl
Add pumpkin cream mixture
Top with remaining whipped cream
Sprinkle ginger snaps and pecans
Drizzle with caramel sauce
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving
