Ingredients
• 1 cup all-purpose flour • ¼ cup cocoa powder • ½ cup butter, melted • 1 cup granulated sugar • 2 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 oz red food coloring • ½ tsp salt • ½ cup cream cheese, softened • 2 tbsp sugar • 1 egg yolk • ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease 8×8 inch baking pan
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt
- In separate bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar
- Add eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring
- Gradually add flour mixture
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
- Add egg yolk and vanilla to cream cheese
- Pour brownie batter into pan
- Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture on top
- Use knife to swirl patterns
- Bake 25-30 minutes until set
- Cool completely before cutting
- Store covered at room temperature
