Moist banana bread meets rich peanut butter and melty Reese’s for the win!
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup maple syrup or coconut sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups flour (all-purpose or whole wheat)
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup chopped Reese’s or mini Reese’s cups
Optional: ¼ cup chocolate chips for extra gooeyness
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment.
In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir just until combined—don’t overmix.
Fold in chopped Reese’s and chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
