Ingredients
– 2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. In a bowl, combine the crushed chocolate graham crackers and melted butter until well mixed. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until combined.
4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
5. Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
6. Top with chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups before serving.
