Ingredients
• 3 cups Rice Krispie cereal • 6 tbsp butter, melted • 24 oz cream cheese, softened • 1 cup powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
FOR RICE KRISPIE TOPPING: • 2 cups Rice Krispie cereal • 3 tbsp butter • 3 tbsp marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix 3 cups cereal with 3 tbsp melted butter
- Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan
- Bake 10 minutes, cool completely
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat well
- Fold in whipped topping gently
- Pour over crust
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
- For topping: melt butter in saucepan
- Add marshmallow fluff, stir until smooth
- Remove from heat, stir in 2 cups cereal
- Spread over chilled cheesecake
- Refrigerate until serving
