• ½ cup store-bought or homemade caramel sauce (warmed)
• 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• Pinch of salt
• Optional toppings:
• Chopped pecans or walnuts
• Mini chocolate chips
• Crushed graham crackers
• Sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- In a large bowl, toss apple chunks with warmed caramel sauce, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread apples in a single layer on the prepared sheet.
- Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until apples are tender and caramel is bubbly and slightly set.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with your favorite toppings while still warm and sticky.
