Ingredients
• 1 (15.25 oz) box fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box: usually oil, water, eggs)
• 1½ cups mini marshmallows (divided)
• ½ cup graham cracker crumbs (about 4 full sheets, crushed)
• 1 tbsp melted butter
• ½ cup milk chocolate chips (or chopped bar for melty pockets)
• Optional: 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9″ pan; line with parchment for easy lift-out.
- Prepare brownie batter per package directions. Fold in ½ cup marshmallows and ¼ cup chocolate chips. Spread evenly in pan.
- In a small bowl, mix graham crumbs and melted butter; press gently into a thin layer over brownie batter.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 cup marshmallows and ¼ cup chocolate chips over top.
- Bake 25–28 mins—edges set, center just firm (marshmallows will puff and lightly toast).
- Cool completely (90+ mins!) before slicing; marshmallow firms up as it cools. For extra campfire flair, use a kitchen torch to lightly caramelize marshmallow tops before serving.
