Snickers Salad

  • Author: WAFA LI

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 packet (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix 🥣
  • 3/4 cup milk 🥛
  • 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed ❄️🧁
  • 6 medium Granny Smith apples, washed, cored and diced 🍏
  • 6 full-size Snickers bars, diced into bite-size pieces 🍫
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling (optional) 🍯
  • A few extra apple and Snickers pieces for garnish (optional) 🍎🍫

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the dry vanilla pudding mix with the milk until smooth and no lumps remain.
  2. Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture until just combined and creamy.
  3. Reserve a handful of diced apples and Snickers pieces for garnish.
  4. Fold the remaining apples and Snickers into the pudding mixture until evenly distributed.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  6. When ready to serve, give the salad a gentle stir, transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with caramel sauce if using, and top with the reserved apple and Snickers pieces.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy.
  8. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days; stir gently before serving. Tip: This recipe is easy to double or triple for a crowd. Mix green and red apples for color and sweetness balance.
