- 6 medium Granny Smith apples, washed, cored and diced 🍏
- 6 full-size Snickers bars, diced into bite-size pieces 🍫
- Caramel sauce for drizzling (optional) 🍯
- A few extra apple and Snickers pieces for garnish (optional) 🍎🍫
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the dry vanilla pudding mix with the milk until smooth and no lumps remain.
- Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture until just combined and creamy.
- Reserve a handful of diced apples and Snickers pieces for garnish.
- Fold the remaining apples and Snickers into the pudding mixture until evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- When ready to serve, give the salad a gentle stir, transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with caramel sauce if using, and top with the reserved apple and Snickers pieces.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
