Ingredients
• 1 cup all-purpose flour • ¾ cup cocoa powder • 1½ cups granulated sugar • 2 cups milk • ½ cup butter, melted • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 tsp baking powder • ½ tsp salt • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips • Vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease 9×13 inch baking dish
- In large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and sugar
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla
- Stir in baking powder and salt
- Mix until smooth
- Pour into prepared baking dish
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top
- Bake 35-40 minutes until edges are set
- Center will be soft and pudding-like
- Cool 15 minutes before serving
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
