Ingredients
For the Base (Almond Flour Dough):

¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
¼ tsp baking soda

2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
2 tbsp heavy cream or full-fat canned coconut cream
½ tsp vanilla extract

For the Strawberry Cheesecake Filling:
4 oz cream cheese , softened
2 tbsp full-fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
2 tbsp powdered sweetener (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp mashed fresh strawberries (or unsweetened strawberry puree)
¼ tsp lemon zest or juice (to balance sweetness)
Pinch of salt
For the Chocolate Drizzle (Optional):
¼ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp almond milk or water
Optional Toppings:
Crushed strawberries
Whipped cream
Powdered sweetener dusting

Use unsweetened almond flour dough and ensure your strawberries are low-sugar or use a keto strawberry jam . For vegan option, use nut-based cream cheese and flax egg .
Instructions
Make the Dough:
In a bowl, mix almond flour , powdered sweetener , baking soda , and salt .
Add melted oil , heavy cream , and vanilla . Stir until a thick dough forms.
Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to firm up (optional but recommended).
Make the Strawberry Cheesecake Filling:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add Greek yogurt , powdered sweetener , mashed strawberries , lemon zest , and salt . Mix well until thick and combined.
Chill slightly before using as filling.
Assemble:
Scoop small balls of dough and flatten into rounds.
Press a small indentation into each round and fill with a dollop of strawberry cheesecake mixture .
Fold over and roll into donut hole shapes .
Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
Optional Chocolate Drizzle:
Melt dark chocolate chips , coconut oil , and almond milk together until smooth.
Drizzle over cooled donut holes before serving.
