Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
🥐 1 sheet Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry (thawed)
🍓 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
🍬 1 cup granulated sugar
🍋 1/4 cup lemon juice
🧀 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
🍶 1/2 cup granulated sugar
🥛 2 tbsp heavy cream
🍓 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
🍬 1/2 cup powdered sugar


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Unfold puff pastry on a floured surface, cut into 6 rectangles, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
2. For the strawberry filling, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Mash, boil for 5 minutes, and cool.
3. For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, and cream until smooth.
4. Assemble by splitting each pastry, adding cheesecake filling, sliced strawberries, and strawberry filling. Top with the other pastry layer and dust with powdered sugar.
