Rich, creamy, and perfectly chocolatey — these no-bake sugar-free fudge pops are a healthy frozen treat that satisfies your sweet tooth without the sugar crash!
Ingredients
1 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
½ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
¼ cup heavy cream or coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: sugar-free chocolate drizzle or crushed nuts for coating
Instructions
In a bowl, mix almond butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth and well combined.
Spoon or pipe the mixture into silicone popsicle molds, filling to the top.
Insert popsicle sticks and smooth the tops.
Freeze for at least 3–4 hours or until completely firm.
Optional: Dip in melted sugar-free chocolate or roll in crushed nuts before freezing for extra flair.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy straight from the freezer whenever you need a cool treat!
