Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract. Mix well until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  2. Fold in any optional add-ins like chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
  3. Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes (makes rolling easier).
  4. Scoop by teaspoonfuls and roll into small balls using your palms.
  5. Place on a tray and chill 10–15 minutes to firm up.
