- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- Whip butter: In a bowl, beat softened butter with a hand mixer or whisk until light and fluffy (~1–2 min).
- Add honey: Drizzle in honey gradually while mixing on low speed to prevent splatter.
- Finish: Add salt (and any optional add-ins). Beat until smooth, glossy, and fully combined.
- Serve immediately or store for later!
