Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
½ tsp salt
2 large eggs
¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
½ cup heavy cream or full-fat canned coconut milk
¼ cup water or unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
Optional: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or garlic powder for flavor
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk eggs , melted butter , heavy cream , vinegar , and water until foamy and well combined.
In another bowl, mix almond flour , coconut flour , baking powder , and salt .
Gradually stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until a thick batter forms. It should be slightly sticky but scoopable.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle with optional seeds or herbs.
Bake for 40–45 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely before slicing — it firms up as it cools!
