Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix • 1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple, drained • 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk • 4 eggs • ½ cup vegetable oil • 1 tsp vanilla extract

FOR TOPPING: • 8 oz cream cheese, softened • ¼ cup butter, softened • 2 cups whipped topping (cool whip) • 1 cup chopped pecans


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease and flour 9×13 inch baking pan
  3. In large bowl, mix cake mix, drained pineapple, eggs, oil, and vanilla
  4. Pour into prepared pan
  5. Bake 35-40 minutes until toothpick comes clean
  6. Poke holes all over hot cake with fork
  7. Pour sweetened condensed milk over cake
  8. Let cool completely
  9. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth
  10. Fold in whipped topping gently
  11. Spread over cooled cake
  12. Sprinkle with chopped pecans
  13. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving
