Ingredients
• 4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) • ¼ cup granulated sugar • 2 tbsp cornstarch • 1 tsp lemon juice • ½ tsp vanilla extract
FOR CRUMBLE TOPPING: • 1 cup all-purpose flour • ½ cup brown sugar • ½ cup rolled oats • ½ cup butter, cold and cubed • 1 tsp cinnamon • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Grease 8×8 inch baking dish
- Mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla
- Pour into prepared dish
- Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, salt
- Cut in butter until crumbly mixture forms
- Sprinkle topping evenly over berries
- Bake 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly
- Cool 10 minutes before serving
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
