Ingredients

• 4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) • ¼ cup granulated sugar • 2 tbsp cornstarch • 1 tsp lemon juice • ½ tsp vanilla extract

FOR CRUMBLE TOPPING: • 1 cup all-purpose flour • ½ cup brown sugar • ½ cup rolled oats • ½ cup butter, cold and cubed • 1 tsp cinnamon • ¼ tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Grease 8×8 inch baking dish
  3. Mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla
  4. Pour into prepared dish
  5. Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, salt
  6. Cut in butter until crumbly mixture forms
  7. Sprinkle topping evenly over berries
  8. Bake 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly
  9. Cool 10 minutes before serving
  10. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
