White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge ❄️🍬

Ingredients

• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups white chocolate chips (or dairy-free)
• 1 tsp peppermint extract
• ½ cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies (plus extra for topping)
• Green food-safe gel (optional, for festive color)


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth (5–7 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in peppermint extract and a drop of green food coloring if desired.
  4. Fold in ½ cup crushed candy canes.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle top with extra crushed candy canes for crunch and sparkle.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, until firm.
  8. Lift out using the parchment and cut into small squares.
