🍫 1/2 cup cocoa powder

🍚 1 cup all-purpose flour

🧂 1/2 tsp baking powder

🧂 1/4 tsp salt

🥒 1 1/2 cups zucchini (shredded and excess moisture squeezed out)

🍯 1/2 cup sugar

🧴 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter

🥚 2 large eggs

🥄 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍫 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan.

🥣 In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.

🥒 Add shredded zucchini, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

🍫 Fold in chocolate chips, if using.

🍪 Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

🔥 Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
