Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened (or dairy-free alternative)
• ½ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
• 1–2 jalapeños, seeded and minced (adjust for heat)
• ¼ cup green onions, sliced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp lime juice or apple cider vinegar
• ½ tsp cumin
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Optional: ¼ cup shredded cheddar or cotija cheese
• Tortilla chips, crackers, or baguette slices (for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in cranberries, jalapeños, green onions, garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Fold in cheddar if using.
  3. Chill at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
  4. Serve cold with your favorite dippers—great on toasted baguette slices!
