🍕 Thanksgiving Leftover Turkey & Cranberry Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 pre-baked pizza crust (or homemade dough, par-baked)
• 2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for brushing)
• 4 oz Brie or goat cheese, sliced (or mozzarella for milder taste)
• 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or diced
• ¼ cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
• ½ cup arugula or spinach (optional, for freshness)
• 1 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional, for crunch)
• Drizzle of balsamic glaze (optional, for tang)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the pizza crust with olive oil or melted butter for a golden finish.
  3. Layer:
    → Arrange Brie slices evenly over the crust
    → Top with shredded turkey
    → Dollop cranberry sauce in small spoonfuls across the pizza
  4. Bake 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
  5. Remove from oven. Top with fresh arugula, chopped nuts, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze if desired.
