Ingredients

• 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened (or dairy-free alternative)
• ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar or mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup pitted green and/or black olives, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• Optional: 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Optional coating:
• Chopped pecans, walnuts, or almonds
• Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, chives)
• Everything bagel seasoning


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in cheddar, olives, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, onion powder, black pepper, and parsley (if using).
  3. Shape into a ball or log using plastic wrap. Chill 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Roll in your choice of coating—chopped nuts, herbs, or seasoning—until fully covered.
  5. Serve chilled with crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks!
