Ingredients
– Mini burger buns – 12 pcs 🥯
– Ground beef (80/20) – 800 g 🥩
– Cheddar cheese slices – 6 slices 🧀
– Red onion – 1 medium, thinly sliced 🧅
– Dill pickles – 12 slices 🥒
– Ketchup – 3 tbsp 🍅
– Yellow mustard – 2 tbsp 🌭
– Butter – 2 tbsp, melted 🧈
– Salt – 1 tsp 🧂
– Black pepper – 1/2 tsp 🌶️
– Olive oil – 1 tbsp 🫒
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet.
2 Divide beef into 12 equal portions and shape into thin patties.
3 Season patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
4 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties 2 minutes per side.
5 Place a half slice of cheddar on each patty and let melt for 30 seconds.
6 Split buns and brush cut sides with melted butter.
7 Assemble sliders: bun bottom, patty with cheese, pickle, onion, a dab of ketchup and mustard, then bun top.
8 Arrange sliders on the baking sheet and warm in the oven 3–5 minutes until buns are golden and everything is hot.
9 Serve immediately while cheesy and warm.
