3-Ingredient Baked Breakfast

Ingredients

• 8 large eggs
• 1 (30 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed & patted dry
• 1 lb (450g) breakfast sausage (mild or spicy), cooked & crumbled
Optional seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, or hot sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper (if using).
  3. Stir in hash browns and cooked sausage until evenly combined.
  4. Pour into baking dish; spread evenly.
  5. Bake 35–40 min until edges are golden and center is set (no jiggle).
  6. Cool 5 min before slicing. Serve warm!
