Description

Crispy, cheesy, and loaded with classic cheeseburger flavor — these Air Fryer egg rolls are a fun, low-carb twist on burgers in a handheld, crunchy wrapper!


Ingredients

For the Filling:

1 lb ground beef or turkey
½ cup finely chopped yellow onion
2 tbsp ketchup (low sugar preferred)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (keto-friendly)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp crumbled cooked bacon (optional for extra crunch)
For Wrapping:

8–10 large low-carb tortillas or keto egg roll wrappers
Oil spray (for air fryer crisping)
Sesame seeds (optional for topping)


Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef , onion , ketchup , Worcestershire , garlic powder , salt , and pepper until browned and tender. Drain excess fat if needed. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese , cheddar cheese , and bacon (if using).
Lay each low-carb tortilla flat and spoon a line of meat mixture down the center. Top with a small dollop of cheese mixture.
Roll up tightly like an egg roll, tucking in the sides as you go. Seal the edges with a bit of water or egg wash if needed.
Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket , seam-side down. Lightly spray with oil.
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serve warm with sugar-free ranch , mustard , or extra ketchup for dipping!
