Wooden skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Toss chicken cubes in the mixture until fully coated.

Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.

Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.

Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
