Air Fryer Hot Chicken, Ham, & Cheese Wraps (Crispy, Cheesy, and Ready in Minutes!)

Ingredients

• 4 large flour tortillas (or low-carb wraps)
• 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
• ½ cup deli ham, chopped
• ¾ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise or ranch dressing
• 1 tsp hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot) or ½ tsp cayenne pepper (for heat)
• 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
• 1 tbsp butter or olive oil (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, hot sauce, garlic (if using), and mayo/ranch until coated.
  2. Lay out tortillas. Divide mixture among them, then top with ham and cheese.
  3. Roll tightly into wraps, tucking in the ends.
  4. Brush or spray lightly with melted butter or oil for crispiness.
  5. Place wraps in the air fryer basket (seam-side down) in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd.
  6. Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Slice in half and serve hot with extra hot sauce or ranch for dipping!
