Ingredients
• 4 large flour tortillas (or low-carb wraps)
• 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
• ½ cup deli ham, chopped
• ¾ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise or ranch dressing
• 1 tsp hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot) or ½ tsp cayenne pepper (for heat)
• 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
• 1 tbsp butter or olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, hot sauce, garlic (if using), and mayo/ranch until coated.
- Lay out tortillas. Divide mixture among them, then top with ham and cheese.
- Roll tightly into wraps, tucking in the ends.
- Brush or spray lightly with melted butter or oil for crispiness.
- Place wraps in the air fryer basket (seam-side down) in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd.
- Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve hot with extra hot sauce or ranch for dipping!
