Ingredients

🥐 1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuits
🍕 32 pieces pepperoni
🧀 8 ounces mozzarella cheese (room temperature)
🧈 ¼ cup melted butter
🧄 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
🌿 ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
🍅 ½ cup pizza sauce


Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. Open biscuits, separate each in half for 16 pieces.
3. Cut pepperoni into quarters; place 8 pieces in each biscuit center.
4. Chop mozzarella into 16 cubes; add one cube to each biscuit.
5. Fold edges to seal cheese and pepperoni; roll into balls.
6. Place in air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
7. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; brush over dough.
8. Air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
9. Warm pizza sauce for dipping.
