Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
8–10 slices of bacon
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
½ tsp garlic powder
Pinch of black pepper
Cooking spray or oil for baking sheet
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a rack on top. Spray with cooking oil.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon.
Roll or sprinkle each wrapped tender in the brown sugar mixture, pressing gently to coat.
Place on the prepared rack and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness!
