Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
½ cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat for health!)
1 egg
¼ cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix beef, bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
Shape mixture into a loaf and place on a baking sheet.
Press a small well into the top and fill with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 45–50 minutes or until fully cooked.
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
