8 oz elbow macaroni

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

1 1/2 cups milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

In a pot, melt butter and whisk in flour to form a roux.

Slowly pour in milk, whisking until smooth and thickened.

Add cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until melted.

Add cooked macaroni and fold in the crumbled bacon.

Warm through for 1–2 minutes and serve hot.
