Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breast – Juicy, Cheesy, Flavor-Packed Dinner

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts

  • 4 slices bacon

  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped

  • 1/3 cup cream cheese (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)

  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Butterfly each chicken breast by cutting a pocket in the center.

  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture.

  5. Wrap each breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing the ends underneath.

  6. Place on a baking tray and bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and bacon is crispy.

  7. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
