2 large chicken breasts

4 slices bacon

1/2 cup spinach, chopped

1/3 cup cream cheese (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Butterfly each chicken breast by cutting a pocket in the center.

In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture.

Wrap each breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing the ends underneath.

Place on a baking tray and bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and bacon is crispy.

Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
