Creamy, cheesy Alfredo bliss under a crispy golden tater tot crown.
Ingredients
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce (or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (28 oz) bag frozen tater tots
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the top.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until tots are golden and sauce is bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
