Ingredients
• 2 (6-oz) salmon fillets, skin-on
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• ½ tsp dried dill (or 1 tsp fresh)
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• ⅛ tsp black pepper
• Lemon slices & fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Pat salmon dry; place skin-side down on the sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon mixture evenly over salmon fillets. Top with lemon slices if desired.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
