Big Mac Sloppy Joes: A Fun Twist on the Classic Burger

Ingredients

• 1 lb (450g) ground beef
• 1 small onion, finely diced
• ½ cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp yellow mustard
• 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 4 hamburger buns (or lettuce wraps for low-carb)
• Toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced dill pickles, shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add diced onion and cook 3–4 minutes until soft.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, relish, mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and flavorful.
  5. Toast buns lightly if desired.
  6. Spoon mixture onto bun bottoms. Top with shredded lettuce, pickles, and a sprinkle of cheddar.
  7. Serve immediately while warm and juicy!
