Blackened Chicken Alfredo: A Bold, Creamy, Flavor-Packed Pasta

Ingredients

• 2 lbs chicken breast, sliced • 1 lb fettuccine pasta • 1 cup heavy cream • ½ cup butter • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp paprika • 1 tsp cayenne pepper • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp dried thyme • ½ tsp black pepper • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Mix paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and black pepper
  2. Coat chicken slices with spice mixture
  3. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side until blackened and cooked
  5. Remove chicken and set aside
  6. Cook pasta according to package directions
  7. In same skillet, melt butter
  8. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute
  9. Pour in heavy cream and simmer
  10. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted
  11. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat
  12. Slice blackened chicken and place over pasta
  13. Garnish with fresh parsley
  14. Serve immediately
