BLT Pasta Salad: A Low-Carb, Keto-Friendly Twist on a Classic Favorite

Ingredients

Ingredients :

🍝 3 cups cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or your fave)

🥓 6 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)

🥬 2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce

🍅 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

🧅 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced) – optional

🧀 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella – optional

Dressing:

🥛 1/2 cup mayonnaise

🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

🥄 1 tsp Dijon mustard

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

🍝 Cook pasta, drain, and let cool.

🥓 Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.

🥣 In a bowl, whisk together mayo, lemon juice, mustard, salt & pepper.

🥗 Combine pasta, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion.

🥄 Toss everything with the dressing until coated.

❄️ Chill for 30 mins before serving for best flavor!
