Ingredients
1½ lbs chicken tenders
12 strips of thin-cut bacon
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
Cooking spray or parchment paper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
Wrap each chicken tender tightly with 1 strip of bacon.
Roll or sprinkle the wrapped tenders in the brown sugar spice mix, pressing gently to adhere.
Place on the wire rack and lightly spray tops with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bacon is caramelized and chicken is cooked through.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving to let glaze set.
