Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese crumbles (optional)
8–10 large flour or low-carb tortillas
Optional: celery sticks, carrots, or lettuce for crunch
Instructions
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
In another bowl, blend cream cheese and ranch dressing (if using) until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Top with buffalo chicken (and optional veggies for extra crunch).
Tightly roll up each tortilla like a jellyroll.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
