• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1–2 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 4–6 hamburger buns (or lettuce wraps for low-carb)
• Optional toppings: coleslaw, pickles, sliced avocado, green onions
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add onion and bell pepper. Sauté 5–6 minutes until soft.

- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken broth, vinegar, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Simmer 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and flavors meld.
- Taste and adjust: more vinegar for tang, Cajun spice for kick, or a pinch of sugar to balance acidity.
