Creamy, crunchy, and packed with bold cheesy flavor in every bite!
Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 bag (9.75 oz) Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
Optional: chopped cilantro or green onions for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, Rotel, and taco seasoning until well combined.
Layer half the crushed Doritos in the bottom of the dish.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the chips.
Top with remaining Doritos and the rest of the cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with cilantro or green onions if desired. Serve warm!
