1 can enchilada sauce 🌶️

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 🧀

1 can refried beans 🫘

1/2 cup chopped onion 🧅

1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄

Tortilla chips for serving 🫓

Notes

Cook ground beef with onion and garlic powder until browned 🍳

Stir in refried beans and enchilada sauce 🥄

Add half of the cheese and stir until melted 🧀

Pour into baking dish, top with remaining cheese 🧈

Bake at 350°F for 20 mins until bubbly 🔥

Serve warm with tortilla chips 😋
