• 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
• 4 large flour or low-carb tortillas (10″)
• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
• ½ cup cream cheese, softened (optional—adds richness & helps bind!)
• ½ cup shredded lettuce or baby spinach
• Optional: roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, or sliced avocado
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and onion powder. Brush generously over one side of each tortilla.
- Lay tortillas butter-side down on a clean surface. Spread 2 tbsp cream cheese (if using) down center. Top with chicken, cheese, lettuce, and extras.
- Fold in sides, then roll tightly from bottom to top.
- Heat a skillet over medium. Place wraps seam-side down; cook 2–3 mins per side until golden and crisp.
