Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
8 oz whole wheat or regular pasta (penne or elbow works great)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste (optional, for richness)

Steamed broccoli
Sautéed mushrooms
Diced tomatoes
Green onions for garnish
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
For extra flavor, stir in tomato paste.
Reduce heat to low. Add milk and shredded cheese, stirring continuously until smooth and creamy.
Toss in cooked pasta and mix until evenly coated.
Serve warm, topped with green onions or more cheese if desired.
