Ingredients
250g Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
60g Mozzarella Cheese
30g Cream Cheese
1 Egg
1 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning
5g Chives
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Tsp Olive oil for frying
Dipping Sauce:
60g Mayonnaise
7g Mustard
7g Hot Sauce
2 Tsp Pickle Juice
15g Pickles (grated or finely chopped)
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Microwave cream cheese for 10-15 seconds.
2. Mix in mozzarella, egg, Old Bay seasoning, and chives.
3. Fold in crab meat, season with salt and pepper.
4. Shape into crab cakes and chill for 10 minutes.
5. Heat olive oil in a pan, cook crab cakes for 3-4 minutes each side.
6. Mix dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl.
7. Serve crab cakes with sauce on greens.
