Ingredients
• 4 large flour tortillas or premade calzone/pizza dough rounds
• 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
• ½ cup alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
• ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• 1 egg, beaten (for sealing, optional)
• Cooking spray or olive oil (for crisping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, alfredo sauce, ½ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic (if using), Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out tortillas or dough rounds. Divide filling among them, placing on one half.
- Fold over to form a half-moon. Crimp edges with a fork or pinch tightly to seal. Brush with beaten egg (if using) for golden finish.
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Lightly spray calzones with oil.
- Place in air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd). Air fry 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool 2 minutes before serving—filling will be hot!
